About The Position

Austin Oaks is hiring a Payroll/AP Analyst to accurately process payroll and accounts payable ensuring compliance with all company payroll and accounts payable policies and procedures across mutilple facilites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related. Experience can be substituted for education.
• 2 yrs experience in accounting ,finance, or related
• Will be working with Workday, UKG

Responsibilities

• Manage the Bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Print payroll reports for management.
• Manages Accounts Payable from invoice coding, to data entry to check printing.
• Process bank deposits and cash allocation
