About The Position

The AP Analyst is responsible for the full accounts payable cycle, including three-way matching for invoice entry, vendor maintenance, and accounts payable payments. The role serves as a liaison between Signode departments and external vendors and supports multiple business units that use different ERP systems. This is an office-based position requiring attendance in the office five days per week. The hourly wage ranges from $24.00 to $28.00, with the starting rate determined by experience, qualifications, and/or skillset. Signode states that it does not sponsor employment-based visas for this position, now or in the future.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One year of accounts payable experience in a manufacturing industry.
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
Intermediate-level prior use of Excel.
Knowledge of an ERP system.
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Enter accounts payable invoices, including inventory, non-inventory, utilities, and leases.
Process accounts payable payments for multiple business units on different ERP systems.
Maintain accounts payable vendors according to established company policy.
Assist the AP Supervisor with new projects and scope expansion for the AP SSC team.
Follow up with vendors and buyers on issues that arise.
Adhere to SOX compliance requirements in all work processes.
Execute against key performance indicators that drive continuous improvement.
Follow procedures and guidelines supporting internal and external control environments.
