About The Position

The AP Analyst is responsible for the full accounts payable cycle and serves as a liaison between Signode departments and external vendors. The work includes three-way matching for invoice entry, vendor maintenance, and accounts payable payments. The position supports multiple business units that use different ERP systems and assists the AP Supervisor with new projects and scope expansion for the AP shared services center team. This is an office-based position in Tampa, Florida, with employees expected to be in the office five days per week.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One year of accounts payable experience in a manufacturing industry.
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, including intermediate-level Excel experience.
Knowledge of an ERP system.
Communication, attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and results orientation.

Responsibilities

Enter accounts payable invoices, including inventory, non-inventory, utilities, and leases.
Process accounts payable payments for multiple business units using different ERP systems.
Maintain vendor records in accordance with established company policy.
Assist the AP Supervisor with new projects and scope expansion for the AP SSC team.
Follow up with vendors and buyers to resolve issues as they arise.
Adhere to SOX compliance requirements in all work processes.
Execute against key performance indicators that drive continuous improvement.
Follow procedures and guidelines supporting internal and external control environments.
