About The Position

Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join an established, high-volume corporate AP team. The role involves processing supplier invoices, matching invoices against purchase orders and receipts, resolving invoice discrepancies and payment holds, coordinating approvals and payments, and supporting vendor setup and tax-related activities. The position follows a hybrid schedule, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday. It is a contract position based in Malvern, Pennsylvania, with a pay range of $26.00 to $30.00 per hour. The anticipated application deadline is October 30, 2026.

Requirements

• Associate's degree.
• Strong hands-on Accounts Payable experience in a large, high-volume organization.
• Experience with three-way matching and invoice exception resolution.
• ERP experience with Oracle, SAP, Workday, JDE, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, Great Plains, or a similar system.
• Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

• Oracle Cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices using Oracle Cloud or a similar ERP system.
• Perform three-way matching between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment holds, and other accounts payable exceptions.
• Review and code purchase-order and non-purchase-order invoices.
• Coordinate invoice approvals and initiate supplier payments.
• Support vendor setup, Tax ID validation, and 1099-related activities.
• Use Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas, for reporting and reconciliation.
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve accounts payable issues.
