About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Tacoma, Washington. The officer will monitor security systems and environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses, using keen observation and attention to detail to identify threats before they escalate. The role includes three full-time schedule options: Saturday–Wednesday, 1 p.m.–9 p.m.; Saturday–Wednesday, 4 p.m.–midnight; or Friday–Tuesday, 4 p.m.–midnight. The hourly wage is $20.00. A uniform is provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Have a valid state driver’s license.
• Have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities
