Requirements

• Be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and informative daily reports.
• Conduct parking enforcement, including issuing citations and arranging tows.
• Interact with community members, management, and law enforcement.

• Enforce community rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as required.
