About The Position
The Urgent Care Patient Services Specialist (PSS) is a full-time, variable-shift role based in Temple, Texas. The specialist represents the clinic with a positive, professional attitude and helps maintain a smooth office flow while minimizing patient wait times. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients, deliveries, and office personnel. The role is with Seton Medical Center Harker Heights, an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services including cardiology, emergency services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, total joint replacement, gastroenterology, and diagnostic services. Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in a retail, business, or office setting.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of medical office reception experience.
