About The Position

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is hiring a full-time Patient Services Representative for its Float Pool. This employed, benefited role travels to Overlake clinics and locations in downtown Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond, and the senior health center in Bellevue. The representative welcomes patients and helps clinics run efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during clinic hours, with 8-hour day shifts. The posted hourly pay range is $22.22–$33.33.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of clerical experience in a medical facility.
• Experience with EMR applications; EPIC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support an efficient clinic operation.
• Travel to Overlake Medical Center and Clinics locations in the Float Pool.
