About The Position
The Patient Services Representative (PSR) supports the delivery of primary health care and patient care management to employees, patients, and clients of the Medical Practice Program. The role provides general clerical and basic clinical assistance to members of the Medical Practice team to help ensure the department operates efficiently and professionally. This is a part-time, day-shift position in an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) clinic in Pocatello, Idaho.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience with general filing, billing, and business office organization.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospital and/or clinic experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- BLS certification.
Responsibilities
