They also handle patient reminder calls, assist with phone inquiries, schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments. This role involves performing scheduling for walk-ins, generating no-show letters, scheduling follow-up appointments, referrals, and ancillary services based on provider orders. Additionally, they manage ON Base Patient Documentation, transcribe orders, enter referral orders, complete prior authorizations, collect copays and coinsurance, and reconcile daily deposits.
