About The Position

ZOLL Medical Corporation’s Cardiac Management Solutions division is seeking Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) as independent contractors to train patients on the use and care of the LifeVest® wearable cardioverter defibrillator. The LifeVest is worn by patients at risk for sudden cardiac arrest and provides protection while they return to daily activities. PSRs typically visit patients in the hospital before discharge, set up the equipment, and train patients and caregivers. They follow up as needed to support patient understanding and satisfaction. Representatives may accept or decline assignments according to their schedules; most services can be scheduled around other work, including before or after work and on days off. Assignments may take place during the day, evenings, or weekends and require travel to patients’ homes and healthcare facilities. Compensation is described as competitive fee for service.
