About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time Patient Service Representative in our Langhorne, PA location. The main duty of this position is to communicate with various insurance companies/plans and our patients in order to provide them with our services. This role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work orders
• Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans
• Verify patient benefits and pre-certify our services
• Conduct, communicate and dress appropriately
• Exercise knowledge of different insurance company's or plan's procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients
• Assure flow of service
• Complete other duties as assigned
