About The Position
Premier Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a Patient Service Representative to support its outpatient imaging centers in the Greater Nashville, Tennessee area. The role helps deliver an exceptional patient experience by greeting patients and assisting with appointment scheduling, procedure registration, medical records, and related tasks. The representative plays an important role in patient satisfaction and should be service-oriented and considerate of patients’ conditions. Premier Radiology operates more than 20 outpatient imaging centers throughout the Nashville market and combines local care with the resources and clinical standards of Radiology Partners. The position is on-site and PRN, with a day/first shift schedule. The organization describes its setting as outpatient, with no on-call shifts or overnights, and emphasizes a collaborative, supportive, team-first culture grounded in safety and trust.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills.
- Service-oriented approach and consideration for patients’ conditions.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Healthcare background preferred.
- Experience with the Eclinical Works Practice Management System preferred.
