About The Position

This role is for a Patient Service Representative in a Cardiac clinic located in Manchester, TN. The position is PRN (as needed) with a day schedule. The representative will be responsible for championing the patient experience, managing the care journey, providing financial clarity, and ensuring accuracy and flow within the clinic operations.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 1+ years of medical office experience

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome for every visitor, guiding them through the check-in/out process and ensuring their records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Proactively manage schedules, confirm appointments, and handle medical record requests.
• Assist patients by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications ahead of time, then help them navigate co-payments and billing questions with transparency and empathy.
• Submit daily service charges, reconcile deposits, and provide essential clerical support.
