About The Position

National Spine & Pain Centers is seeking a full-time Patient Service Coordinator for its office in Lady Lake. The role supports patients and providers in a medical office setting, handling appointment-related administrative processes and maintaining accurate records. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with no weekends or holidays. National Spine & Pain Centers (NSPC) has more than 30 years of experience providing access to chronic and acute pain relief through minimally invasive procedures. The organization has more than 120 locations and 750 medical professionals, facilitating nearly one million patient visits annually.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least one year of administrative medical office experience; specialty-practice experience is preferred.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work-authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Must pass a satisfactory background check, including driving, criminal, employment-reference, education, and Social Security checks.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Pain Management, Regenerative Medicine, or Orthopedics is strongly preferred.
Experience in a specialty medical practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform patient check-in and check-out procedures, including entering demographic and insurance information into an EMR system and collecting outstanding copays or balances.
Work with patients, insurance companies, and providers to maintain demographic information and obtain proper authorizations.
Prepare charts for upcoming appointments and process medical-records requests efficiently.
