This role is responsible for the registration and scheduling process for complex patients within the Pediatrics Gastroenterology department. Key duties include updating patient registration, scheduling, and insurance information in the electronic medical record, preparing patient paperwork, discussing financial obligations, and explaining regulatory forms. The associate will work with various systems to ensure accurate registration and support clinical workflow, while also understanding and promoting the practice and hospital's strategic plan and guiding principles to ensure an optimal patient experience and safety.
