About The Position

Rezolut Imaging is a national emerging platform of diagnostic medical imaging services focused on providing top-notch patient care through innovative technology. The Patient Scheduler delivers exceptional customer service by accurately scheduling appointments and responding to requests for information. The role works under general guidance with some expectation of autonomy. Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• High proficiency with PC systems, tools, and applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year of prior medical scheduling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to schedule, cancel, and confirm appointments.
• Offer the first available appointment while matching patient preferences with specific scheduling guidelines.
• Collect and coordinate accurate basic registration, demographic, and insurance information.
• Process multi-channel messages related to patient and physician requests.
• Work with the team to organize and prioritize responsibilities and complete daily assignments.
• Assist radiologists, technologists, coworkers, patients, and referring physician offices as needed.
