About The Position

Rezolut Imaging is seeking a Patient Scheduler to deliver customer service and care by accurately scheduling appointments and responding to requests for information. The role works under general guidance with some expectation of autonomy and involves coordinating with patients, radiologists, technologists, coworkers, and referring physician offices. The ideal teammate is a self-directed learner who applies feedback and self-assesses, communicates effectively, pays close attention to detail, prioritizes and delegates tasks appropriately, and acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• High proficiency with PC systems, tools, and applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of prior medical scheduling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and make outgoing calls to schedule, cancel, and confirm appointments.
• Offer the first available appointment while matching patient preferences with scheduling guidelines.
• Collect and coordinate accurate basic registration, demographic, and insurance information.
• Process messages from multiple channels related to patient and physician requests.
• Organize and prioritize responsibilities as a team member to complete daily work assignments.
• Assist radiologists, technologists, coworkers, patients, and referring physician offices as needed.
