About The Position

This role is essential to ensuring an exceptional patient experience while maintaining accurate patient registration and insurance information during overnight hours. The position is in the Emergency Room and offers full-time or part-time opportunities on an overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with rotating holidays and weekend coverage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.

Nice To Haves

• Previous healthcare registration, admissions, or scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial processes.
• Experience using electronic medical record systems.
