About The Position
Patient Sitters support patient care at Union Health, including by providing swift assistance during unexpected staffing gaps as part of the hospital nursing float team. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Communicate with patients in a respectful and empathetic manner.
- Use basic bed functions, including exit alarms and room lighting.
- Demonstrate general knowledge of hospital departments and their functions.
