About The Position
Emplify by Gundersen Health System is hiring a Patient Liaison for its Oral Surgery and Dental Specialties team. The role supports patients throughout their healthcare journey by providing service through in-person, telephone, and digital interactions. The Patient Liaison collaborates with providers, medical staff, and leadership to support patient care and clinic flow, while helping create positive first and last impressions for patients. This position is based in La Crosse, Wisconsin, with occasional travel to Onalaska and Winona. Some remote work may be possible depending on clinic needs. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with one rotating day off each week. Hours vary between 6:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- One year of experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.
