About The Position

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is hiring a Patient Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients and help provide a welcoming, seamless experience throughout their treatment journey. The coordinator manages patient intake and administrative workflows, coordinates appointments, and supports communication between patients and clinical and administrative teams. The role is full-time, with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends required. Compensation is $18-$22 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.

Nice To Haves

Prior dental or medical office experience.
Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning.

Responsibilities

Serve as an ambassador for the patient experience and ensure patients feel valued and supported.
Manage patient intake, including completing electronic or paper forms and entering data accurately.
Coordinate and schedule appointments to support smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams.
Greet patients, manage check-in and check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience.
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and empathetically.
Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency.
Order and organize patient materials as needed.
Scan and upload documents into patient records.
Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization.
Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success.
