About The Position

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is hiring a full-time Patient Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients and support a welcoming, seamless experience throughout their treatment journey. The position manages patient intake, scheduling, front-desk interactions, records, and general office coordination in a fast-paced, patient-focused dental implant center. The listed pay is $21–$24 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses or incentives.

• Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador for the patient experience and help patients feel valued and supported.
• Manage patient intake, including completing electronic or paper forms and entering data accurately.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, supporting workflow between clinical and administrative teams.
• Greet patients, manage check-in and check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
• Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to support a seamless experience.
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and empathetically.
• Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to support operational efficiency.
• Order and organize patient materials as needed.
• Scan and upload documents into patient records.
• Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success.
