About The Position

Onco360 is seeking a Patient Financial Advocacy Coordinator to help cancer patients and their families access financial resources for pharmacy co-pays. The coordinator identifies nonprofit organization and manufacturer assistance programs that may fit patients’ needs, explains the application process, helps complete applications, and reviews the documents required.

The position is remote and based in Indianapolis, Indiana. It is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST. The salary starts at $23.00 per hour. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for employees starting before December 31, 2026.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of patient assistance or advocacy experience.
• Registration with the Board of Pharmacy, as required by state law.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) certification.
• At least 3 years of patient assistance or advocacy experience.
• Specialty pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Use first-call resolution to help patients and families secure financial assistance for pharmacy co-pays.
• Maintain working knowledge of health insurance and pharmacy benefit coverage, cancer diagnoses, and drugs used in their treatment.
• Support applications for nonprofit and manufacturer assistance programs.
• Clearly explain insurance benefits and co-pay structures.
• Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance data in CPR+.
• Collaborate with pharmacy operations and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service.
