Patient Experience Coordinator
About The Position
Pinnacle Fertility is a physician-centric fertility care organization supporting fertility clinics and service providers nationwide. Its mission is to fulfill dreams by building families through compassionate care, innovative technology, and comprehensive fertility treatment services. The Patient Experience Coordinator is the first point of contact for fertility patients and provides administrative and scheduling support to help ensure a welcoming, seamless patient experience. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care. This is a full-time, onsite position with Pinnacle Fertility - Michigan in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, working Monday through Friday. Shift times must be flexible based on clinic needs, and weekends and holidays may be required as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of experience in a medical office, customer service, or front desk role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information, and direct patients to appropriate departments.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and support clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records, process billing information, and collect copays.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming for visitors.
- Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.
