About The Position

Sentara Family Medicine New Town is hiring a full-time Patient Care Representative in Williamsburg, Virginia. The role is responsible for registering new and current patients at the site, with a primary focus on patient check-in and check-out. Duties also include collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, handling medical-record requests, answering telephone calls, and greeting patients and visitors.
