About The Position
Sentara Clarksville Family Practice is hiring a full-time Patient Care Representative for its Float Pool in Clarksville, Virginia. The role provides support across multiple office locations, including Clarksville, Chase City, Nathalie, and South Boston. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on the day shift. The Patient Care Representative handles registration for new and current patients at the site. The primary focus is completing check-in and check-out functions, including collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, and processing requests for medical records. The representative also answers telephone calls and greets patients and visitors.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
