About The Position
Sentara Clarksville Family Practice is hiring a full-time Patient Care Representative for its Float Pool in Clarksville, Virginia. This position provides support across multiple office locations, including Clarksville, Chase City, Nathalie, and South Boston. The Patient Care Representative handles registration for new and current patients at the site. The primary focus is completing patient check-in and check-out, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, and handling requests for medical records. The role also answers telephone calls and greets patients and visitors. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on the day shift.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Register new and current patients at the site.
