Patient Care Navigator

Oula•Charlotte, NC
•Onsite

About The Position

Oula is hiring a Patient Care Navigator to coordinate maternity and gynecological care and serve as patients’ point of contact between visits. The navigator follows obstetric patients from their first visit through postpartum, ensuring tests, scans, referrals, and visits are completed on time. For gynecological patients, the navigator follows through on results, referrals, procedures, and positive pregnancy tests. The role works fully on site alongside midwives, OBs, medical assistants, and front-desk staff, with success measured by whether patients reach each next step in their care. The navigator does not provide medical advice, assess symptoms, or share or interpret results. Clinical questions and concerns are routed to the appropriate clinician using approved protocols. The position also provides medical assistant or front-desk coverage during planned absences. Oula provides comprehensive care before, during, and after pregnancy and currently serves patients through six clinics in three states. Its services include preconception and miscarriage care, pregnancy care, postpartum support, and gynecology.
