About The Position
St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester in Harrison, NY is seeking a transformational nursing leader for the Patient Care Director position on an adult inpatient unit. The director oversees the daily operations of a 28-bed unit and ensures delivery of the highest standards of patient care. The role involves collaborating with leadership and an interdisciplinary treatment team, managing budgets, identifying process improvements to enhance the patient experience, and advancing quality and performance as a change agent. Some weekend leadership rotation is required.
Requirements
- NYS RN License required.
- BSN required.
- BLS required.
- Three years of experience in a specialty or area of practice, such as acute care, ambulatory care, long-term care, or behavioral health, required.

- MSN preferred.
