About The Position
St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester in Harrison, New York, is seeking a transformational nursing leader for the Patient Care Director position on an adult inpatient unit. The role oversees the daily operations of a 28-bed unit and ensures delivery of the highest standards of patient care. The director collaborates with leadership and the interdisciplinary treatment team, manages budgets, identifies process improvements to enhance the patient experience, and drives quality and performance improvement as a change agent. Some weekend leadership rotation is required.
Requirements
- NYS RN License.
- BSN.
- BLS certification.
- Three years of experience in a specialty or area of practice, such as acute care, ambulatory care, long-term care, or behavioral health.
