About The Position

Vironix Health is a fast-growing Virtual Care Management company seeking Certified Medical Assistants (CCMAs), Medical Assistants, and LPNs to work as Patient Care Coordinators. The position offers a different way to use healthcare experience, with most work performed from a laptop. Coordinators communicate with patients, monitor vital signs and lifestyle data, document patient interactions, and help patients stay engaged with their care. No previous Virtual Care experience is required; training is provided.

The role is primarily computer-based rather than physically demanding patient care. It offers work from home for the majority of the week, greater schedule control, and performance-based pay. The schedule and potential earnings can be explored with an interactive tool provided during the hiring process. The position requires working on-site approximately three days per week when scheduled and working as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Requirements

• CCMA/CMA certification or an LPN license.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn Virtual Clinical Monitoring.
• Reliable laptop and transportation.
• Ability to work on-site approximately three days per week when scheduled.
• Comfortable working as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
