About The Position

The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) serves as the key liaison for patients and helps ensure a seamless, welcoming experience. The PCC greets patients, introduces them to the office, coordinates treatment services, and builds lasting patient relationships. The role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and sales ability. Spanish bilingual skills are specified.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, reception, or an equivalent role.
• Bilingual Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, office staff, and third-party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, sales, reception, or equivalent experience preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon or Dentrix.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and arrange future appointments in coordination with patients and dental staff.
• Provide patient consultations and explain recommended treatments, service costs, insurance coverage, and payment options.
• Contact patients to follow up after visits and build lasting patient relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
