About The Position

Aquacare and Fitness Forum Physical Therapy is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for its Easton, Maryland clinic. This front-desk role supports patients and clinic operations, helping create a calm, welcoming experience for people who may be dealing with pain, insurance concerns, or cost worries. Because patients often attend physical therapy for weeks or months, the coordinator builds ongoing relationships with them and helps accommodate their scheduling needs. The coordinator works with a team of 6–8 therapists and support staff. The role is described as regular full-time hours, with a weekday schedule and work ending by 7 p.m. at the latest. The posting also describes the position as full- or part-time. Aquacare and Fitness Forum Physical Therapy is a locally owned, physical-therapist-owned practice that has operated for more than 27 years, with 12 outpatient clinics across Maryland and Delaware. The organization offers opportunities to cross-train in insurance verification, authorizations, and billing; advance into lead or senior coordinator roles or clinic operations and scheduling management; and receive tuition and certification support for those interested in a clinical path such as PTA school.
