About The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Patient Care Coordinator for the front desk of an outpatient physical therapy clinic. This patient-facing role manages scheduling and payment collection while creating a welcoming, efficient experience for patients from check-in through check-out. Complete training and mentorship are provided, making the position suitable for experienced front office candidates as well as people new to healthcare. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday during clinic hours, at 2515 South River Road, Suite 101, St. George, UT 84790. The stated pay range is $17–$19 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, professional communication skills.
• Comfort using computers and learning new software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• Reliability and punctuality.

• Front office, medical receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage provider schedules using scheduling software.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at the time of service.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails with excellent customer service.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming.
• Assist with administrative tasks and update patient information accurately as needed.
