About The Position

ANEW Regenerative Medicine Specialists is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Assistant who can combine clinical support with outstanding patient communication and follow-through. This role involves guiding patients through treatment recommendations, scheduling, pricing, financing, and next steps, in addition to traditional medical assistant duties. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with no nights or weekends. The ideal candidate is warm, positive, professional, comfortable discussing costs and financing, and can explain medical information clearly. They should be organized, dependable, take initiative, and learn quickly. Medical Assistant certification is a plus.

Requirements

  • Previous medical or healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience talking with patients about cash-pay services.
  • Experience in settings such as med spas or aesthetic medicine, chiropractic practices, weight-loss or medical wellness clinics, or other medical practices offering out-of-pocket services.
  • Warm, positive, professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable talking with patients.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust easily.
  • Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financing.
  • Ability to explain medical information in a simple, reassuring way.
  • Consistent follow-up with patients.
  • Organized, dependable, and takes initiative.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work well with physicians and other clinical staff.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Assistant certification is a plus.
  • Experience in regenerative medicine is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Review the physician’s treatment recommendations with patients
  • Explain treatment plans and next steps clearly and confidently
  • Discuss pricing, financing, and payment options
  • Schedule recommended treatments
  • Follow up with patients who are considering treatment
  • Answer questions and help patients feel comfortable moving forward
  • Coordinate closely with the physician and clinical team
  • Prepare patients and treatment rooms
  • Obtain and document basic patient information and vital signs
  • Assist the physician and clinical team during patient care and procedures
  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical areas
  • Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the clinic
