About The Position

Sciometrix is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator - Foreign Physician to join their operations team. This role is facility-based with regular travel and supports the remote patient monitoring program. The coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing the recovery of medical monitoring equipment from patients who have completed their care plans. This position serves as a key liaison between patients and operations, ensuring timely pickups, accurate documentation, and safe handling of equipment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • MUST BE A PHYSICIAN IN ANOTHER REGION
  • Basic knowledge in MS office systems and proficient computer skills.
  • Strong and accurate typing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
  • Detail oriented, well organized, effective time management, and basic problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work with others and individually with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical office administration or exposure to medical terminology is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and inventory tracking tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Performing data entry functions as assigned.
  • Completing clinical reviews within a set amount of time.
  • Navigating multiple EMR systems to review and input data and records.
  • Monitoring incoming tasks and responding promptly to requests for referral services and coordination assistance as needed.
  • Acting as a liaison with the team leader to resolve processing and workflow issues.
  • Coordinating and executing the recovery of medical monitoring equipment (e.g., blood pressure cuffs, glucose monitors, pulse oximeters) from patients who have completed their care plans.
  • Serving as a key liaison between patients and operations, ensuring timely pickups, accurate documentation, and safe handling of equipment.
