About The Position

At H2 Health, the Patient Accounts Representative supports patient-centered care by managing billing and reimbursement functions and serving as a link between patients, providers, and payers. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in medical billing, collections, or patient accounts.
Strong understanding of insurance claims, EOBs, and reimbursement procedures.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and office software.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive financial and medical information with discretion.
