About The Position
OSMC is hiring a Patient Accounts Representative for its Business Office. OSMC provides care for diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system in a patient-centered, service-driven environment. The role is focused on working with patients by phone rather than face to face and includes continual incoming phone coverage. The position is based in the Elkhart office and works 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Make payment arrangements with patients.
- Handle collections.
- Monitor self-pay accounts and accounts with patient balances.
