About The Position
OSMC is hiring a Patient Accounts Representative for its Business Office Department. The role supports patients with account and billing matters, primarily by phone rather than through face-to-face contact. Phone coverage is required, with calls coming in continually. The position is based in OSMC’s Elkhart office and works 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Requirements

Responsibilities

- Assist patients with billing or statement questions.
- File estates and note bankruptcies in patient charts.
- Provide phone coverage for continual incoming calls.
