About The Position

The ER Patient Access Representative is a key member of the Emergency Department and works under the direction of the Director of Patient Access. The role is responsible for efficient and orderly inpatient and outpatient registration at the facility. The representative obtains appropriate patient identification, demographic details, and financial information to register patients adequately. The position is PRN, as needed, with no set schedule, and may require travel between Amberwell locations.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to understand and follow safe work practices and established procedures.

Responsibilities
