About The Position

The JPMorganChase US Military Pathways Program is a 24-month rotational development program for eligible US military veterans. Associates receive acclimation support, coaching, dedicated program managers, job-skills training, networking opportunities, and exposure to senior management. Participants work with program management to find roles aligned with their interests, skills, professional experience, and business priorities, and may complete up to two one-year rotations across the firm's lines of business. Rotation availability depends on location and business capacity. Potential areas include Operations and Technology; Cybersecurity and Client Engagement; Sales, Product Development, and Analytics; Strategy and Communications; Marketing and Risk; Controls; Audit; Finance; and Resource Management. Selected candidates receive pre-hire guidance, an organizational overview, and personalized onboarding support during their first 30 days. Learning and development continues throughout the program, with the opportunity to rotate after 12 months. After completing the program, participants move into full-time roles based on preference, performance, and demonstrated growth potential.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• Must be within four years of separation from US military service.
• US military leadership experience, generally achieved through at least five years as a commissioned officer or typically at least eight years as a non-commissioned officer.
• Demonstrated experience with organizational and operational readiness, strategic planning, and risk mitigation.
