About The Position

The JPMorganChase US Military Pathways Program is a 24-month rotational program for military-affiliated candidates. Participants receive acclimation support, coaching, dedicated program managers, job-skills training, networking opportunities, and exposure to senior leaders. Associates are placed into roles based on eligibility, organizational fit, interview performance, individual interests, skills, professional experience, and business priorities.

Participants may complete up to two one-year rotations across JPMorganChase lines of business, including Consumer & Community Banking, Corporate/Centralized Functions, Asset & Wealth Management, and Commercial & Investment Banking. Rotation availability depends on location and space. Rotations may be in areas such as operations, technology, cybersecurity, client engagement, sales, product development, analytics, strategy, communications, marketing, risk, controls, audit, finance, and resource management. Participants receive personalized onboarding support during their first 30 days and ongoing learning and development. After completing the program, participants move into full-time roles based on preference, performance, and demonstrated growth potential.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
• Less than four years since separation from US military service.
• US military leadership experience, achieved through five or more years as a commissioned officer or typically through eight or more years as a non-commissioned officer.
• Demonstrated experience with organizational and operational readiness, strategic planning, and risk mitigation.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
