This role is for a Pastry Prep Specialist at Sullivan Family Kitchen, focusing on the decoration, finishing, and packaging of pastry products. The ideal candidate should have a passion for pastry, good physical dexterity, and be a positive contributor to the production environment.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.
- Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance is mandatory.
- Adherence to all company policies and requirements is essential.

- Previous experience in pastry preparation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute precise and artistic decoration techniques for pastry products.
- Safely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lbs. and maintaining stamina throughout the shift.
