Within our company, Sullivan Family Kitchen (SFK) is responsible for the creation of high-quality, ready-to-eat products distributed across SFOC locations statewide. Relocation assistance not provided. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Culinary Cold Prep, Overnight shift at the Sullivan Family Kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess a strong affinity for culinary foods, demonstrate physical dexterity, and contribute positively to our production environment. This role involves working with a team to process vegetables and other ingredients to produce fresh ready-to-eat products.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.
  • Must have Tuberculosis Clearance required or Willing to take test upon offer.
  • Must comply with all company policies and requirements
  • Speak/Read/Write - English
  • Applicant should be able to reliably commute to work on time.
  • Must have open availability for various shifts as needed

Responsibilities

  • Using a knife and other automated equipment this position will cut, chop and prep vegetables and other ingredients
  • Safely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lbs. and maintaining stamina throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to established culinary techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to optimize production workflows.
  • Uphold strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
