About The Position

The Passenger Service Agent assists guests with travel needs by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and performing tasks across baggage, ticketing, check-in, and flight boarding. Paid training may require overnight travel. Employees must follow the role’s tattoo policy: tattoos may not be visible on the face, front of neck, or chest; one quarter-sized or smaller tattoo is allowed per hand; tattoos elsewhere are limited in size and number and may not be offensive. Tattoos may only be covered with a uniform piece or approved jewelry or watch, not makeup. Employees working at an airport must obtain and maintain a SIDA badge; failure to qualify for or retain the badge results in termination.
