About The Position

As a member of the passenger services team, the Passenger Service Agent assists passengers and their property in arriving safely at their destinations. The role involves passenger check-in and boarding support for international, domestic, and charter flights, along with related documentation, seating, reservation, and passenger-count tasks. Agents also assist with governmental agency requirements, connect and disconnect Jetways or stairs as necessary, and announce arrivals and departures when needed. The position carries responsibility for taking reasonable care of the health, safety, and wellbeing of oneself and others, in accordance with training and workplace safety procedures. The company provides a safe working environment and prohibits alcohol and drug misuse, enforcing its Substance Misuse Policy through regular testing. Work is performed indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions, and requires availability for variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and other FAA-required identification or seals.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Able to continuously lift, push, and pull up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

Check in passengers using computerized systems for international and domestic travel.
Designate seat assignments.
Verify documentation for international and domestic flights.
Ensure passengers receive the correct boarding passes for their assigned charter flight.
Verify tickets and seat reservations.
Match the passenger manifest to the onboard count.
Assist with governmental agency requirements.
Connect and disconnect Jetways or stairs as necessary.
Announce arrivals and departures as necessary.
Take reasonable care of personal and others’ health, safety, and wellbeing in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace procedures.
