About The Position

As a member of the passenger services team, the Passenger Service Agent assists passengers and their property in arriving safely at their destinations. The role includes checking in passengers for international and domestic travel, handling seat assignments and travel documentation, and supporting boarding and flight operations for charter flights. The position involves indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions and requires flexible availability for variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The employee must take reasonable care of their own and others’ health, safety, and wellbeing, following provided information, training, and workplace safety procedures. The company provides a safe working environment and prohibits misuse of alcohol and drugs, enforcing its Substance Misuse Policy through regular testing.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and other FAA-required identification or seals.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to continuously lift, push, and pull up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform computerized check-in of passengers for international and domestic travel.
• Designate seat assignments.
• Verify documentation for international and domestic flights.
• Ensure each passenger receives the correct boarding pass for the assigned charter flight.
• Verify ticket and seat reservations.
• Match the manifest to the on-board count.
• Assist with governmental agency requirements.
• Connect and disconnect the Jetway or stairs as necessary.
• Announce arrivals and departures as necessary.
• Take reasonable care of personal and others’ health, safety, and wellbeing, following workplace safety rules and procedures.
