About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Associate to support the daily operations of an automotive dealership parts warehouse. The role includes receiving shipments, stocking inventory, fulfilling parts orders for technicians and retail clients, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and is located in Plano, Texas. The position reports to the Parts Manager / Warehouse Supervisor.

The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy. Prior warehouse, inventory, or automotive dealership experience is highly preferred, though training may be provided to the right candidate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a standard pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Basic computer literacy to look up parts and manage inventory software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, and to stand, walk, bend, or climb ladders for the duration of a shift.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse, inventory, or automotive dealership experience is highly preferred; the employer is willing to train the right candidate.
• Familiarity with an automotive DMS such as Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK.

Responsibilities

• Accept and unload incoming parts shipments, verify quantities against packing slips, and inspect items for damage.
• Bin-check and stock parts in their correct warehouse locations to support space efficiency and accurate tracking.
• Accurately pull and prepare parts orders for service department technicians, wholesale accounts, and counter customers.
• Package and label parts for outgoing shipments or delivery drivers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse by sweeping, disposing of cardboard, and tracking hazardous materials properly.
• Assist with sorting, documenting, and tagging core returns and factory parts returns.
