About The Position

Cavender Toyota, part of Cavender Auto Family, is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and dealership parts operations. The role involves stocking and retrieving automotive parts, receiving and verifying deliveries, inspecting inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining accurate records. The associate helps monitor stock levels and supports a clean, organized, and safe warehouse while following OSHA guidelines and dealership protocols. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; some Saturdays may be required. The listed pay is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

Familiarity with automotive parts and the ability to identify them by sight or part number.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
Experience using inventory management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Successfully complete an MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in an automotive parts warehouse or similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Stock and retrieve automotive parts.
Process required paperwork for accurate record keeping and tracking.
Complete and maintain certifications required to ship and/or receive hazardous materials as needed.
Receive incoming parts deliveries and verify the accuracy of daily shipments.
Inspect and verify that stock is in good condition, and double-check part numbers.
Pull and pack parts for customer orders and technician service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor stock levels and communicate reordering needs to the Parts Manager.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following OSHA safety guidelines and dealership protocols.
